They can cooperate with the corresponding operation parts and executive parts to realize all the control functions of oven. They have friendly human-machine interface and optional control units which are designed according to the requirements of customers.

  • Product design highlight

    1. Direct current brushless motor frequency controller

    (1) Advanced FOC vector algorithm. Through the algorithm of three-phase current closed-loop + speed PID closed-loop + FOC vector system, the power, torque and speed can be effectively controlled to ensure that the motor works in the high efficiency area.

    (2) Under the rated speed, adopt the constant torque control, the speed accuracy reaches ± 1%.
